Watermelon Juice with Mint

With juicy watermelons all around, what better way to quench your thirst, than with a nice watermelon juice. Along with mint and a splash of lime, I add some refreshing carbonated natural mineral water.

This watermelon juice is so different but quite easy to make. All you need is a blender. Give it a try, and enjoy it on a hot summer day.

When choosing a watermelon, look for one that is symmetrical, heavy and firm with no spots or bruises. Tap on the watermelon and you should hear a light and hollow sound, which would indicate that the fruit inside is good.
