Stollen Dough raisins orange juice milk   dry yeast  sugar bread flour  vanilla  star anise  cardamom nutmeg egg  butter  candied orange peel almonds  marzipan


Stollen coating brown butter  or  plain butter powdered sugar


Prep: Soak the raisins overnight. Combine the dough ingredients and knead it.

Dough: Let the dough rise and knead dried fruit into it. Place marzipan sheet on the rolled out stollen dough and fold from one side.

Stollen: Fold from other side and shape it into a stollen and bake. Brush butter over hot stollen and dust with powdered sugar.
