Rose Avocado Smoothie (Avocado Milkshake)
Rose avocado smoothie is a Moroccan style beverage. This milkshake is so creamy, fragrant, delicious and heart healthy. And it is a good source of monounsaturated fats, potassium and protein.

Instructions
Slice the avocado lengthwise. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
Add the milk, beet juice, rose water, honey and ice cubes and blend it at a high speed. I used a Vitamix, but any high speed blender should do.
Adjust the amount of milk to give it a smooth pouring consistency.
Adjust honey to taste. Top it with some cold milk foam and rose petals. Serve chilled.
Notes
Blend about ½ cup chopped beets and ½ cup water and pour through a fine mesh strainer to obtain the beet juice. I used ¼th cup juice for this recipe.
Expect variation in the final yield of the smoothie and quantity of beet juice needed based on the size of avocado.
